The UK Quality Code for Higher Education has become the definitive reference point for managing standards and quality in UK higher education.
The consultation undertaken by the UK Standing Committee for Quality Assessment (UKSCQA) sets out a bold proposal for a new approach to the Quality Code's Expectations, which seeks to ensure that the Code best fulfils its role as the cornerstone for quality in UK higher education.
Five workshops will be held across the UK in November and December, including an event on 14 November in Glasgow. These workshops offer an opportunity to discuss key issues that will inform your consultation response.

Higher education practitioners with a remit for managing, implementing and enhancing quality assurance in a UK higher education provider. Such as:
- Quality Managers
- Quality Officers
- Students' Union Officers
- Student engagement practitioners
- Academics with remit for quality
