Employability Roadshows, 19-20 October 2004
Two Employability Roadshow events were held at the University of Edinburgh on October 19th and at the University of Aberdeen on October 20th 2004 where a range of employability-related good practice in Scottish HEIs was highlighted and debates on what is meant by Employability were held.
Getting to Grips with Employability, 10 March 2005
An awareness- raising event aimed at instiutional employability champions that demonstrated the range of employability-related resources and toolkits that are currently available, including those developed through the recent ESECT project.
Enhancing Students' Employability: Strengthening and Developing Partnerships, 23 March 2005
An event was held on 23 March 2005 at Dundee University Students Association aimed at looking at student engagement in employability issues, partnerships between institutions and students, and to share good practice in this area from Scotland and internationally.
Employability: Expanding the Boundaries, 20 April 2005
An event was held on 20 April 2005 at Moray College, Elgin aimed at addressing the Employability needs of part-time, mature and/or postgraduate students.
Employability Assessment, 11 May 2005
A one-day conference that addressed the issues and challenges present in the area of employability assessment. The event was held at Glasgow Caledonian University.
Getting to Grips with Employability ii, 21-22 June 2005
A two day event that was aimed at "training the trainers" within institutions. There were a variety of awareness-raising workshops as well as a significant amount of practical hands-on training and advice from leading experts in the field.
