Ros Campbell is an Academic Monitoring and Development Adviser within the Centre for Academic, Professional and Organisational Development (CAPOD) at the University of St Andrews. Her role focuses on the enhancement of learning and teaching, for example through contributions to annual academic monitoring, University-led subject reviews and open forum events. Ros has a keen interest in students’ attitudes and related actions in relation to assessment feedback, and is co-leading a second pilot project based on a student intervention designed by Edinburgh Napier University.
Prior to joining the University of St Andrews, Ros worked as an HR Advisor for an Edinburgh-based company in the private sector. She holds postgraduate diplomas in Human Resource Management and Information Technology and an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Business Management. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
