Abertay University carried
out a mapping of their student transitions landscape, to help understand how this affected current policies and practices. Part of this activity was to analyse gaps of provision and identify areas they could develop.
Their programme of work during the Student Transitions Theme includes:
During year three of the Theme, the University funded institutional projects relating to online learning and student transitions. A condition of the funding was that all projects had a student engagement element. To stimulate sharing good practice, Abertay
organised an internal conference on transitions. The institution also engaged with the Themes through participating in the national conference.
