In year one of the Theme, the University of Edinburgh completed a scoping exercise that aimed to:
- highlight existing student transitions related activity and practice
- produce a ‘map’ of their student transitions activities
- identify how best to support students from different educational backgrounds.
In year two, the University organised many student transition events and small funded projects which included student participation. During year three, the University continued their project work and carried out a review of case studies and resources.
They also hosted the ‘Gearing up for Transitions’ conference that reflected on the work complete during the Theme.
