Training offered by HESA

HESA (the Higher Education Statistics Agency) collect and publish detailed information about the UK higher education sector. Their services include in-person and online training that may help you better understand sector-level data. Visit the HESA website for more information and resources, including past webinars.

Training offered by the New York Times

In 2018, the New York Times developed training aimed at helping reporters to better understand, analyse, and tell stories about data. The training is based in Google Sheets and includes data sets, cheat sheets, and tip sheets. The New York Times has now made this training public and open source.
