During this Theme, the Open University in Scotland focused on supporting their student community. The main areas considered include:  

  • part-time students
  • mature student
  • distance learning students.

The Open University mapped its existing institutional support for student transitions and engaged with staff and students to explore key areas of priority. The aim of this work was to gain a better understand of the support students need for their learner journey.
